RETURN POLICY

Important Note

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping label and all return shipping costs themselves unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 100 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused or unworn, with labels attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For some of our items, the label may not match the exact size ordered. This is because certain products tend to run small, and we automatically size up to ensure a better fit. This information is also stated in the product descriptions of the relevant items.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@visionair.store.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label unless otherwise agreed.

Returns sent without prior approval from our customer service team will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Return Process

Once contact has been established with our customer service team and the return has been approved, the customer will receive detailed return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

  • Return labels are created individually per order.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We do not maintain a public return address in order to keep operational and shipping costs as low as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Visionair, you agree to our return terms and conditions.

You have the right to return your order within 100 days of receiving the products.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging

Refunds are processed only after the returned items have been received and inspected.
